Description

Meet at the Belfast Boat Club car park, Stranmillis for 09:00am.  This represents our weekend long, slow run with a normal distance of approximately 7 miles (it is a a little longer given the current bridge closures on our usual route), and for the few with longer race distances in mind the route can be extended as required.  The session also now includes some extra hill work.  At all times the pace is held at a comfortable, enjoyable level and takes the group along Lagan Towpath and into Belvoir Forest – a scenic route, the envy of many!
