A quiet enough week for the club runners (must be saving ourselves for next weekend)

First up was quite a tough Scrabo hill race of 4 miles with 365 meters (1200 feet) elevation. Claire Tonry took on the challenge and finished in 22nd place (2nd female) in a time of 35.21 minutes. Well done Claire

A very wet Saturday morning saw the a few Dubs brave the elements around the Parkruns and a great turnout of volunteers at Knockbracken.
