Hi and welcome to the weekly roundup of club results. A quieter week after last weekends exertions but still a few races and Parkruns to report on.

Friday night saw Bob & Berts North Coast 10k in Portrush. Running from the East Strand, up onto the road, down past the golf course out to Ramore Head and back to the strand. One Dub, Paula Scally, took on the challenge and finished 173rd in a time of 56.28mins. Followed up with the famous last words of “Never Again” Well done Paula

Well done all runners and volunteers at Saturdays Parkruns

Sunday saw one Dub, Dave Phillips, take on the Run NI Birthday 5k. Starting and finishing at MPT and running either side of the river between Shaws and Edenderry bridges. Dave finished in 16th place in a time of 23.53. Well done Dave

Finally its 4ish weeks to Belfast, London, Manchester and Madrid marathons and some serious training miles being posted by the club members. Good luck to everyone in their training.
